Mindful Living & Wellness Retreat – Sedona, Arizona | May 2024
Nestled in the breathtaking red rock landscapes of Sedona, the Mindful Living & Wellness Retreat was a transformative weekend dedicated to inner peace, self-care, and holistic healing. This immersive experience brought together mental health professionals, wellness experts, and individuals seeking balance in their daily lives.
Throughout the retreat, I explored breathwork techniques, guided meditation, and nature therapy, deepening my understanding of how mindfulness can support mental well-being. From sunrise yoga sessions to reflective journaling and sound healing, each moment reinforced the power of slowing down, reconnecting with oneself, and embracing a mindful way of living.
This retreat was not just about personal renewal—it was an opportunity to integrate mindfulness-based approaches into my practice, helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being in more profound ways.




Charity Run for Mental Health Awareness
In September 2023, I had the privilege of participating in a 10K Charity Run for Mental Health Awareness in Chicago, Illinois. This event brought together individuals, advocates, and mental health professionals with a shared mission—to support accessible mental health care for those in need.
Beyond the miles we ran, this event was about raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and funding crucial services for local organizations providing free therapy and crisis intervention. It was inspiring to see a community come together, proving that every step forward—whether in a race or in mental health advocacy—makes a difference.




Art & Expression Therapy Workshop 🎨🎶
Creativity has the power to heal, and this workshop was a testament to that. Through painting, music therapy, and guided creative exercises, participants explored self-expression as a tool for emotional healing and mental well-being. This hands-on experience emphasized how art can unlock emotions, reduce stress, and support recovery from anxiety, depression, and trauma.
By blending therapeutic techniques with creative freedom, we highlighted the profound connection between art and mental health, giving individuals new ways to process emotions and build resilience. Whether through a brushstroke or a melody, every form of expression became a step toward healing.
